Chimp Artwork

It’s hard to believe this artwork was done by a Chimpanzee named Congo in the late 1950’s, and even more impressive is that it’s for sale at MoCA, in London. “Congo's paintings originiated in a 1957 Institute of Contemporary Arts exhibition sponsored by zoologist Desmond Morris. Congo, already a celebrity guest by virtue of regular appearances on Granada TV's "Zootime”, saw his stock rise even further when one Pablo Picasso purchased a painting from the exhibition.” There are three paintings and they are expected to go between $1130-$1500.
