Teroforma

The table is as much a metaphor for sharing, as it is a place where people actually get together and share everything from food to complex ideas. Teroforma, the about-to-be-launched brand of post-luxury tableware begs the question, why shouldn't what's on your table be a reflection of what you're doing at the table? As a result, the brand founded by Andrew and Anna Hellman brought together the world's finest master artisans with a brand new generation of designers to share ideas on how to revive plain ol' tableware to give it a certain freshness of design and yet still remain thoughtful and luxurious. Believing that “understanding the story of the creative process behind an object means appreciating what you hold in your hands even more” they eschewed the traditional in-house approach to tableware design, instead opting for an “international network of eighteen designers and artisans from twelve different countries, to collaborate on Teroforma’s debut product range.” The result is an absolutely stunning and practical collection of items ranging from tumblers to linens.
