First Impressions: iPod Nano

The pictures floating around of the newest addition to the iPod family don’t do ANY justice. The iPod Nano is seriously tiny, nano sized, and it’s far smaller than I ever expected it to be. The packaging and branding of the Nano is some of the nicest work I’ve ever seen from Apple. It comes in a package about the size of a double CD case, and you slide it out of a sleeve, open it up, as if you were going to pull a CD out, and there it lies, waiting to be pulled out. I went for the Black model, and it looks better in person than I imagined. Other than it being an absolute finger print magnet– so far, it has been an all around stellar device– and with no moving parts or hard drive the battery has been running strong, sounding great, and working flawlessly. What a piece of work, it really is “impossibly small”.
