This is exactly what's happening in London's trendy Shoreditch area where secretive graffiti artist Banksy is single-handedly pricing local residents out of the local market. If you’re unfamiliar with Banksy’s work, it ranges from subtly poking fun at social faux pars, to superbly ridiculing the establishment.
