Peter Gregson x The Words on the Wall

We’ve been fans of Peter Gregson for a while. The young cellist not only is amazingly talented, but his involvement with his fans is always innovative. His new project titled The Words on the Wall takes his concert into the social networking world. The audience will not only be allowed to photograph, record, blog and use their mobile phones, but they will be encouraged. To make things even more interesting they’ve set up a way to feed in all emails, text messages and Twitter comments about the concert and put them on a ‘wall’. As he plays more classical style music (this means, shhh), this is the perfect way to talk without speaking. The concert takes place on January 30th at the Ingleby Gallery in Edinburgh (tickets available here for £10/£5). Not in Edinburgh?
