Notes Tray

You can boast about your iron-clad memory, but between remembering to check the oven so the baked pasta doesn’t turn into a crisp mess and making sure every guest is kept happy, details can fall through the cracks at any bash you’re having. But with the help of a few special tools outside of Red Bull, realistically aspiring to be the host with the most isn’t an absurd notion. Your biggest weapon will be Koziol’s Notes tray, an ingeniously designed serving platter in familiar waiter-style black that allows orders to be jotted on directly. That means your best friend with the super-sensitive stomach will get the soy milk coffee that she requested and not the lactose-tolerant’s version and your girlfriend’s sister won’t have to ask three times for an extra shot of rum in her Cuba Libre. The only thing you might have to worry about, though, is how to avoid getting chalk dust all over the glasses. Not a bad trade for almost perfect.
