Kyouei Japan

Kyouei Japan has some really neat designs like this Balloonlamp; a modern interpretation of the paper lantern. It’s a balloon with a small LED that is inserted inside and can work to illuminate continuously for over 100 hours. They also have a Color Light DVD that has a bunch of colors on a DVD that rotate and you can stop at your desired color– as well as a kind of weird idea. It’s a CD called Random that is played on random mode and has 99 tracks of selected tones…as it plays randomly a melody is created. So very japanese. The Baloonlamp is really a winner though.
