Interactive Films

This new project I found reminds me of the ‘build your own mystery, choose your own ending’ novels I used to read when I was younger. The site, anyfilms.net is calling it ‘the future of entertainment’– An enormous claim, but they might not be so far off with the technology. It’s an interactive film website, where you can reconfigure the film to try and figure out exactly what happened. Their are 10 characters, 1 event, 11,000 possible ways for the story to play out, and 10 different endings that help figure out the whole story. It’s built on a very heavy interactive flash site which is surprisingly easy to navigate around. It also looks like it’s a nice little marketing stunt for Samsung. Check it out…
