Great Small Hotels

The Charming Hotels Guide is just that, an ‘exclusive selection of hotels with unique character from all over the world.’ They say their hotels are chosen for a combination of both architecture and the surroundings– places you’re bound to tell your friends about. The website is pretty intuitive, although they lack criteria– as in “why did you choose this place”. It’s put together by an independent group of travelers, but who are these travelers and what are they looking for? I think it’s a nice resource either way though.
