Flexible Cutting Board

Hat’s off to the British designer Tim Ainley, his Flexible ‘Chopping’ Board is borderline genius. They’re made of Low Density (and extremely durable) Polythylene. Strong enough for chopping, the board can also be rolled into a tube for measuring, held together for pouring and of course has small serrated holes for easy grating– not to mention washing, etc. This thing isn’t available, or even produced yet– but it’s planned to have 3 colors, for 3 main food groups. Great concept!
