edoc laundry does CSI

EdocLast spring we covered edoc laundry–they were then an up and coming indie apparel company based out of Seattle. Well, now they are taking off, and are about to get some major press on a major TV network. They originally impressed us with their creative platform–to embed hidden messages and codes within their garments to reveal secrets once the codes are deciphered. I guess the producers of CSI New York also liked the idea; so much so that edoc t-shirts are going to play a major role in the story line of the October 11 episode of CSI NY entitled, ironically as to edoc, ‘Hung Out to Dry.’ The word is that the episode is about a serial murderer who uses trendy (edoc) t-shirts to hide clues to his identity and motives for his gruesome killings. Edoc specially designed 4 shirts for the show, and they are available as limited edition t’s on edoc’s website. While I am not a huge fan of CSI NY, I may have to check out Wednesday’s episode to see how they work edoc’s shirts into the mix.
