Downtown by Starck

The super designer Phillip Starck has designed a downtown Wall Street condo complex. Downtown is both the name and the location for his new luxury condos right near the NY Stock Exchange. I don’t know the exact address of this building but apprently he redesigned the former 40 story headquarters for JP Morgan. 326 Starck-Designed residences, the usual amentities, and the highlight?
