Color Changing Concrete

Posted on March 20, 2006 Under Gadgetry

Chronos Chromos Concrete is a new type of system that allows you to dynamically display patterns, numbers and text in the surface of a concrete slab. This project appears to have come out of the Royal College of Art in London by Chris Glaister, Afshin Mehin and Tomas Rosen. They say it’s suitable for indoor and outdoor applications with a the ability to make color changes in 5 seconds. Make sure to check out the video to see it in action!
