+41: New Rich Collection

BIG-GAME recently collaborated with +41 creating a new and exclusive collection called “New Rich”. The idea is ‘mass products meet luxury. When gold replaces plastic, well thought and functional objects become exclusive in a subtle way’. The results are really great. A Bic pen with a gold top, Apple headphones with a gold piece, Bic Lighter, Swatch Watch, and of course some extremely hot golden push-pins. Designer Elric Petit said “We’ve picked standard, universal products, and replaced a part of each object by an equivalent in gold…We love the shrewd blend between the down-to-earth functionalism of mass-products and the ultimate precious material: gold”.
