Posted on February 9, 2007 Under Life

Tax time isn’t fun for anyone, but for you right-brained artists and designers out there, it can be a literal nightmare. The fact of the matter remains: we all have to pay our taxes (or else Uncle Sam will come get us). Lucky for us, People like June Walker understand the Designer’s tax-time plight. June has come to the rescue this year with her Designers Dozen: Tax Saving Tips for the Graphic Artist. Her tips are on her blog, and are simple and easy to understand, despite the fact that thy speak to super-complicated issues found deep within the bowels of the tax code. June also has a book out called Self-Employed Tax Solutions for those of you who want a more detailed guide about how to not get shafted by the IRS this year. Thanks June… from all of us!
